K. Edwin Bryant, PhD serves as the Bishop of Corporate Administration and the Chief Operating Officer for Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International (FGBCFI). The role also involves his work as the Chairman of the Board for the Tehillah Music Group.
Bishop Bryant has charted the path forward for FGBCFI operationally as well as forecasting the future for its constituency and corporate partners. Bishop Bryant possesses an acute business acumen balanced with an astute ability to blend human behavior, creative development, and business strategy to cultivate partnerships that are mutually beneficial.
Over the course of his illustrious career in the for-profit and for-purpose sectors, he has brokered and championed competitive product positioning for a privately-owned hotel-brand and non-profit organizations that reduced the overall debt-service and authored sustainable operational designs that led to financial solvency.
As an Operational & Organizational architect, he brought multiple (new) franchise locations to market and introduced a corporate social responsibility strategy that created space for the organization’s base to retire a substantial construction debt in less than five years. In addition, he possesses a business prowess to identify avenues for favorable commercialization strategies that result in exponential growth for corporations and their customer base, yielding substantial consumer reach.
Bishop Bryant leads a talented team of professionals — internal and external — advocating a culture of collaboration, creative thinking, business insights and intelligence. Authored a tactical strategy to mitigate commercialization risks and obstacles by empowering collaboration between executives, mid-level managers, supervisors, and team leaders.
